A short guide to a moment of calm – practical tips and spa etiquette

We want every one of our customers to enjoy a leisurely and relaxing moment. Please help us create this atmosphere by following a few simple guidelines:

  • Please arrive about 10 minutes before your treatment begins.
  • Put your phone on silent or switch it off during the treatment.
  • Please respect others’ peace and quiet; loud conversations in the lobby areas are not welcome.
  • Keep the volume down and relax in your own little world.
  • Please inform your therapist of any allergies, medical conditions or pregnancy before your treatment.
  • If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before the booked time.

Chill Day is a place where we can relax too. During treatments, we do not answer the phone so that we can focus entirely on our clients and maintain a peaceful atmosphere.

We’ll always call you back as soon as possible. You can also leave us a message or book your appointment easily online.

Chill Day does not have its own car park, but there are Zone 3 parking spaces right next door.

There is also free parking available in the Viikkari area, just a short walk away.

At Chill Day, you can pay by card, cash, ePass, Smartum, Edenred or gift card.

The gift card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and can be used for all treatments and products.

Children under 16 may attend treatment accompanied by a guardian or with their guardian’s permission.

We recommend that pregnant women or those recovering from illness check in advance that the treatment is suitable for them.

If you arrive late, unfortunately we cannot always extend your treatment time to keep to the day’s schedule.

Please make sure you arrive in good time so that you can relax before your treatment and enjoy the experience to the full.
