General guidelines

Please arrive for your treatment with a clean face – free from make-up, mascara or oily products.
Avoid using waterproof mascara and an eyelash curler for at least 24 hours before your treatment.
If you wear contact lenses, please remove them before your treatment and bring your glasses with you if necessary.

Eyebrows (permanent tinting, shaping, brow lamination)

Please avoid plucking or waxing for about 1–2 weeks before your treatment to allow your eyebrows to grow into their natural shape.

Eyelashes (permanent tinting, lash lift)

It is best to keep your eyelashes clean and dry before the treatment; avoid oils and eyelash serums.
Please remove your eye make-up thoroughly before arriving.

Aftercare and the importance of keratin

After laminating and a lash lift, your eyelashes and eyebrows need nourishing and moisturising home care to stay beautiful and strong.

Use a keratin-based conditioner daily or a few times a week. It restores moisture lost during styling and strengthens the hair’s structure. Keratin helps prolong the effects of the treatment, adds shine and keeps both eyebrows and eyelashes soft and supple.

Avoid oil-based cleaning products and vigorous scrubbing to ensure that the lamination and permanent bend retain their shape for as long as possible.

Sugaring is a gentle yet effective hair removal method suitable for almost all skin types, including sensitive skin. It removes hair right down to the root, leaving the skin soft, smooth and refreshed without the irritation caused by waxing.

At Chillday, we use only Alexandria sugars – 100% natural, vegan and skin-friendly.
The sugar paste contains only sugar, water and lemon juice; no artificial additives, fragrances or chemicals.

Sugaring removes hair in the direction of growth, meaning the hairs do not snap and the skin remains soothed. At the same time, sugaring acts as a natural exfoliation, leaving the skin velvety soft and radiant.

When waxing is carried out regularly, hair growth slows down and becomes weaker.
As a result, shorter and finer hairs are removed more easily, and the time between treatments can be extended, keeping the skin smooth and soft for longer.
