Erja Helperi

Bosslady, practical nurse, beautician & facial treatment specialist

I have been working in the beauty industry for over 20 years, and I have always had a strong passion for setting up my own business. Eventually, everything fell into place – and my long-held dream came true when Chillday was born.

I’m known as a bubbly and positive ray of sunshine who wants to bring good energy and joy to every encounter. My work is a labour of love for me. I love being able to help people feel better and look their best. I take my time and carry out every treatment with up-to-date expertise, state-of-the-art equipment and high-quality products. The most important thing for me is a satisfied customer who leaves with a smile on their face.

Years of experience have shaped me into a calm and confident professional. My touch is firm yet gentle. So you can relax completely with peace of mind. I specialise particularly in facials, and I’m happy to help with a variety of skin concerns. My passions are effective machine treatments and acid treatments, which deliver visible and effective results. Together, we’ll draw up a treatment plan tailored just for you and find the best solutions for your skin’s wellbeing. Sugaring and, in particular, Brazilian waxing are also among my strengths; I perform these treatments swiftly and precisely.

Interacting with people comes naturally to me and is close to my heart. I put my whole heart into my work and want every single one of my clients to feel special.
I’m also passionate about constantly developing Chillday – making it an even more welcoming, inspiring and unique place for clients to relax and feel good.

Partner & Puuha-Pete

Erja is my beloved wife, and I joined her as a partner at Chillday to support her dream. We have been on this journey together for around 30 years. I bring a touch of organisation and calm to the team, whilst Erja is bursting with ideas and energy. Together, we form a well-functioning team where creativity and common sense go hand in hand.

My main job is as an instrument technician on an offshore support vessel, but at Chillday you’ll often spot me in my overalls carrying out various maintenance and repair tasks. You might also bump into me at reception helping out, but I’m happy to leave the beautician’s work to my wife’s skilled hands.

I am also responsible for invoicing and sauna hire, so please feel free to contact me directly regarding these matters as well.

Pinja

Beautician, expert in pampering treatments and hot stone massages

I’m Pinja, a cheerful young woman with a passion for customer service who loves her work in beauty care. I started my journey at Chilldays through a work placement, and Erja soon brought me on board as part of the team. I’ve been having a brilliant time.

I particularly enjoy relaxing body treatments, hot stone massages and facials, which make clients feel good and offer a moment of complete escape from everyday life. My calm nature helps to create a relaxed and gentle atmosphere during treatments. My gentle yet firm touch ensures complete relaxation.

I am also happy to offer permanent eyelash curling and eyebrow laminating. I have undergone specific training in these areas in addition to my beauty therapy studies, so that I can offer my clients a wide range of high-quality services.

In my work, I am attentive, meticulous and put my heart into every interaction. The best part of my job is seeing the client’s relaxed smile and satisfaction after treatment.

Noora Salmi

Beautician, expert in pampering treatments

My name is Noora; I’m a cheerful, service-minded and sporty young woman. I joined Chillday through an internship and ended up staying on as part of the team, as I immediately fell in love with the salon’s atmosphere and working in the beauty industry.

I carry out my work with care and gentleness, always putting the client’s needs first. My touch is firm yet gentle. Relaxation is guaranteed during my treatments. I particularly enjoy foot treatments, and I always perform them with professional precision and a gentle touch. I also love performing wonderful spa rituals that bring holistic relaxation and a sense of well-being.

I want to work with high-quality products and a big heart. It is important to me that every client receives the best possible care and leaves my treatments feeling satisfied, with a smile on their face. I am keen to learn new things and continuously develop my professional skills.

Ville Männistö

Consultant

My name is Ville Männistö, and I am the consultant doctor at Chillday. I perform aesthetic and medical botulinum toxin treatments, as well as various filler treatments, at the clinic around twice a month.

I qualified as a dentist in 2009 from the University of Oulu and as an oral surgeon in 2023. I began my specialisation in oral and maxillofacial surgery in 2011 at Turku University Central Hospital and have also worked at Päijät-Häme Central Hospital and in the oral and maxillofacial surgery units at Helsinki University Central Hospital. As part of my specialisation, I have completed medical studies at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Helsinki (5/6 of the studies required for the medical degree).

Alongside my clinical work, I am writing a PhD thesis on the 3D design of the fundus fracture plate and the success of positioning in fracture repairs, paediatric cranial surgery, and the treatment of occlusal disorders with botulinum toxin.

I currently work as an oral and maxillofacial surgeon at Päijät-Häme Central Hospital and at private dental clinics. I have been performing aesthetic injectable treatments since 2016, and my areas of expertise include aesthetic and medical botulinum toxin treatments as well as facial filler treatments.
